Keeping up with Kim Kardashian may prove to be a bit daunting, as the reality star recently announce she will be creating her own fragrance, has a workout video line and shot a plot for a new reality series.

Kim Kardashian was radiant over the weekend, as she shopped with a friend at Victoria's Secret.

Her new blond, long curly hair resplendent in the late afternoon sunlight.

She wore a low cut halter top with black mini skirt with triple studded belt, as she took the time to shop from her busy schedule.

The Essence of Kim

Among her many new ventures, Kim Kardashian is developing her first fragrance in a joint venture with Lighthouse Beauty.

The firm is also developing a men's scent in partnership with 50 Cent.

According to Women's Wear Daily, Kardashian's new fragrance is expected to launch in spring 2010.

Fit in Your Jeans by Friday

Kardashian recently released a fitness DVD series called Fit in Your Jeans by Friday.

She is a firm believer in exercise and regularly workouts 3 - 5 times a week to keep her physique in tiptop shape.

Her workout routine is generally split between the treadmill and light weight lifting, followed by a series of lunges, squats and leg lifts to firm her lower body.

New Reality Series

Kim Kardashian is also working on a new reality TV show that will revolve around the world of PR with Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck of Command Public Relations.

According to People magazine, a pilot for the show has been shot and the series is due to be made next year by the creators of the reality shows Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami.

What's up next for Kim Kardashian?

Well, she recently commented that she would love to go into production and she can envision herself sitting in the director's chair.

Diva Show down at MTV Awards

There will certainly be a diva show down next month as the sexiest, singing divas take center stage at the MTV Music Video Awards in New York City.

Both leading singing divas Beyonce and Lady Gaga tied for nine MTA VMA Moonman nominations each.

With the Video Music Awards returning to New York City, after being hosted in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, MTV has created a special video tribute for the 2009 awards, based on the classics song Tonight from the Broadway musical West Side Story.

Hummus dip - Low-Fat recipe

Hummus is an easy low-fat recipe made with garbanzo beans. Tahini is a sesame paste that can be found in any international market as well as most health food stores. You can make this recipes with freshly cooked garbanzo beans, or just use the canned beans. This recipes makes a great party dip, which is loaded with protein and fiber. Serve with fresh cut vegetables, roasted tomatoes and sliced pita bread.



Ingredients


• 2 cans garbanzos, rinsed and drained
(set aside1/4 cup liquid)
• 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 Cup lemon juice
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 Teaspoon cracked black pepper
• 1/4 Teaspoon paprika
• 3 Tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
• 2 Tablespoons Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped



Preparation:

In food processor, add the garbanzos, and puree.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, paprika, tahini and parsley. Blend well. Add reserved liquid, 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture is a thick spread. Serve.

Grilled Rosemary & Lemon Chicken-Low-Carb Recipe

Chicken is an excellent source of protein, and perfect if you are watching your carbohydrate intake. This recipe requires one whole chicken. This is an easy, healthy, low-carbohydate recipe. Buy the large frozen packaged ones, they are usually the best buy. Rosemary is bitter which complements chicken. It is used frequently used in the Mediterranean cuisine. Rosemary provides vitamins, like calcium, iron and vitamin B6.


Ingredients

• One whole chicken (3-4 Lbs.) cut up in 8 or 10 pieces
• 2 T Rosemary (fresh) , chopped
• 2 Cloves of garlic
• 1/4 Cup Lemon juice (fresh)
• Salt
• Pepper



Preparation:

Heat grill to medium. In a saucepan, bring 1/3 cup water and rosemary to a boil; remove from heat, cover, and let steep 5 minutes. Place the blended ingredients in a food processor. Add oil and garlic, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth; let cool.
Combine chicken and rosemary oil in a dish, and turn to coat. Cover, and let marinate at least 15 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade; place on grill. Cook chicken, basting frequently with lemon juice and turning each piece over, until cooked thoroughly, about 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Serve with your favorite side, like Pesto!

Love wore a pair of pretty distress denim jeans with a dark t-shirt and jean jacket, on a recent shopping trip to the Downtown SoHo area of New York.

She also sported a double strapped over the shoulder bag on her shopping trip.

Her first shopping stop was at Diesel, were she tried on several denim dress outfits and also checked out the hand bag collection.

Lohan didn't miss a letter, as she darted from the cab to the store, texting on her Blackberry at the same time.
