She was accompanied by sexy, hot hip moving dancers dressed in zebra striped flare skirts and bare feet as Shakira and the backup dancer performed sexy hip movements.

Her second song Loca got both the audience and the dancers into a hot hip moving frenzy.

Earlier in the evening, Shakira appeared on the red carpet in a black mini dress by Alaia, accessorized with jewelry by Lorraine Schwarts, a clutch from Christian Louboutin and black patent leather peep toe platform pumps from Sergio Rossi.

Greys and blacks dominated the catwalks Tuesday as Giorgio Armani, DSquared2 and Neil Barrett wound up the fourth and last day of the Milan's men fashion shows for autumn-winter 2011-2012. Janet Jackson is bringing her Number Ones, Up Close and Personal tour to the U.S. and Canada this spring.
