Love is in the air for Kristen Bell- Chocolate Mousse on Valentine's Day!
Actress Kristen Bell, beautiful star of the romantic comedy 'When in Rome"is engaged to be married to her boyfriend Dax Shepard, who also costars in the movie.

Kristen maintains a healthy lifestyle with a vegetarian diet and exercise, but Dax Shepard and her will probably be sharing a chocolate dessert, like most couples in love. This is an easy chocolate dessert recipe you can easily make for the sweetheart in your life, thanks to Hershey's chocolate.
Hershey's Chocolate Mousse
A delicious dessert by Hershey's. It's perfect for Valentine's Day or any occasion that calls for a chocolate dessert.
Chocolate and cocoa contain a high level of flavonoids, which may have beneficial cardiovascular effects on health. Prolonged intake of flavonol-rich cocoa has been linked to cardiovascular health benefits. Foods rich in cocoa also have been shown to reduce blood pressure, another good reason to eat chocolate.
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1 Tablespoon cold water
2 Tablespoons boiling water
1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1 Cup (1/2 pt.) cold whipping cream
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin in small bowl of cold water; let stand for 1 minute to soften. Add boiling water; stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved and clear. Cool slightly.
2. Stir together sugar and cocoa in medium bowl; add whipped cream and vanilla. Beat on medium speed, scraping bottom of bowl occasionally, until the mixture is stiff. Pour in gelatin mixture; beat until well blended. Spoon into serving dishes.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with Raspberries. Cover and Refrigerate
Makes four 1/2 cup servings.
