Is Jaguar launching an SUV in 2015 ?

Here's a first look at a potential Jaguar SUV which might hit the market in 2015.   Auto enthusiast suggest that the vehicle will be built on the same platform as the Range Rover Evoque and be an all wheel-drive model powered by a 240 HP 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine.  Diesel options may also be available.

2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series

451 horsepower just not enough for you? Well, how about 510 then. And that’s exactly what you’ll get in the2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series. Mated to an AMG Speedshift multiple-clutch 7-speed multimode automatic transmission (try saying that 5 times) that snaps off shifts in just 1/10th of a second, the C63 Black will shred its way to 60 mph in just 4.2 seconds, which should make good use if its planetary-sized 19″ wheels and 15″ brakes when it comes time to stop and turn. AMG has also shed the pounds by dropping in an aluminum hood and lightweight plastic composite fenders for even more performance. DTM racing inspired bodywork also packs an equally venomous exhaust growl that would make the late Pavarotti (g.r.h.s.) himself proud. As for an asking price — look for it to costs north of $ 139,300 (97,000 euros). Look for this dynamo to land stateside in March.

Transformers Special Edition Camaro

You don't need to be a fan of Michael Bay's idiotic, explosion-filled Transformers movies to enjoy racing around in a Transformers Special Edition Camaro ($31,650 and up). Available in LT and SS versions, these Bumblebee-inspired rides feature rally yellow paint with black stripes on the hood, roof, decklid, and model-specific high-wing rear spoiler, Autobot logos on the front quarter panels, front headrests, center console lid, and center wheel caps, 20-inch black-painted wheels, black leather interiors with yellow stitching, and optional 21-inch black-painted wheels and a black ground effects package.

VW to introduce 2012 Black Turbo Beetle

VW is following Porsche and BMW’s lead with a Black limited edition vehicle with special paint, trim and tires. Now far from emasculating and upped in the masculinity quotient, the 2012 Volkswagen Beetle Black Turbo Edition ($25,720) aims to draw 600 buyers with its 2.0 liter TFSI turbo four-banger from the Golf GTI, DSG dual clutch transmission, 18 inch wheels with black highlights, fiery red brake calipers, a “Turbo” decal emblazoned on the side, a non-offensive lip spoiler and a swanky carbon fiber trimmed interior. You can pretty much say goodbye to the limp-wristed Beetle from the last generation. This time, it’s a head-turner for the right reasons.

The Audi Q6 Coming In 2014

Audi has announced that they will be putting their rumored Q6 SUV into production for 2014, leaving critics to believe that the new Q6 will be somewhere between the already existing Q5 and Q7 models currently out.

2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8

The 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 ($TBA) should anchored by a 6.4-liter HEMI V-8 pumps out 465 horses, the new SRT8 also boasts a 25 percent fuel economy boost, paddle shifters to go with the console-mounted Auto Stick, an Adaptive Damping Suspension system to provide a sticky yet comfortable ride, seven-spoke, forged aluminum 20-inch wheels, Brembo brakes, a heated steering wheel, an 8.4-inch touchscreen display, and an available 900-watt, 19-speaker system from Harman Kardon that should do plenty of justice to whatever you're playing, whether it be rap or rock.

2012 VW Beetle Looks to Shed "Girl Car" Image

Volkswagen introduced to the world its redesigned 2012 VW Beetle.  The new enlarged version of the Beetle will go on sale in the U.S. in September or October.

VW expects China, Europe, Mexico and the U.S. to be the main markets for the redone Beetle to start -- and then growing quickly to 60 or 70 countries worldwide.

The bigger, less "cute" and more sporty Beetle also is designed to attract more male buyers, wherever it is sold. VW U.S. chief Jonathan Browning said the previous model, discontinued last fall, "has a very large contingent of female buyers.

The 2012 Beetle is bigger by a notable amount: 168.4 inches long, up 6 in.; 71.2 in. wide, up 3.3 in.  Mileage is expected to be in the 22 mpg in town (31 highway).

Mercedes-Benz A-Class Concept

Thinking about a new hatchback? You might want to wait a second. The Mercedes-Benz A-Class Concept ($TBA) is the Tri-Star's newest compact concept, but doesn't skimp on the goodies — like a BlueEFFICIENCY 2.0L four-cylinder good for 210 hp, a dual-clutch transmission, a radar-based collision detection system, Adaptive Brake Assist, and museum-worthy looks. Here's to hoping they actually, you know, make the damn thing.

2012 BMW 650 CSi

The original BMW 635CSi from the 80′s was a tough act to follow. Crisp, clean lines and an aggressive stance, along with a beautifully forward angled grille made the 6-Series Coupe of yesteryear a true classic. The reincarnation in 2003 proved to be less than thrilling, looking more like a large lozenge than an iconic coupe. BMW hopes to change some of that with their second redesign, the all-new 2012 BMW 650i Coupe. With a more fluid and sleek design, the head and taillights no longer look out of place but fit in well with the body. An eight speed paddle shift manumatic transmission manages the 4.4L twin-turbo V8 that spits out a healthy 400 horsepower and 450 lb feet of torque. We thank the heavens above that a conventional 6-speed manual gearbox is also available so you can rope through your own gears. The 6-Series Coupe is rife with gadgetry such as Lane Departure Warning, Active Blind Spot Detection, rear and top mounted cameras, parking assistance and super-cool three-dimensional head up display. And though it gets to 60 in a scant 4.8 seconds, it’s far more of a highway and boulevard cruiser than it is a switchback scalpel. Pricing has not been announced but expect it to be slightly north of the 80-grand mark.

The 2011 Chrysler 200

Finally pumping new products into the pipeline after a few years’ hiatus, Chrysler will be rolling out a refreshed mid-size sedan for 2011 called the Chrysler 200.  The 200 will replace the Sebring and is expected to cost around $19,200 and get 31 mpg on the hwy.  The 200 was introduced during Super Bowl 45 in a glitzy new ad starring Eminem.

The Land Rover Defender X-Tech Edition

A real guy truck and a decidedly anti soccer mom vehicle, the limited edition Land Rover Defender X-Tech is available in a silver three-door Defender 90 (about $40,000) or olive-green five-door Defender 110 format. Both editions are powered by a Land Rover’s beloved torque-rich 2.4 lite common-rail diesel engine and features contrasting Santorini Black finished roof, wheel arches, and matching 16″ black saw-tooth wheels. The entire package is finished off with an ebony scheme interior with leather touches.

A Real Guy Car: 2011 Dodge Charger

Dodge's unapologetically muscular sedan is back and rowdy as ever. The 2011 Dodge Charger ($TBA) sports a more menacing front end, a "racetrack" brake lamp composed of 164 LEDs, Garmin navigation, available all-wheel-drive on the R/T model, 19-inch wheels, and, of course, you choice between a boisterous 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 — with fuel-saving four-cylinder mode — or the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6.
