Apple slaw - kid's salad recipe

Apple Slaw is a kid-friendly easy low-fat recipe. It is a take-off on cole slaw with the added natural sweetness of apples.
A large apple provides almost a quarter of the daily fiber requirements. Cabbage is rich in the Vitamin A, B, C, E, with only 15 calories per cup.

Ingredients:

• 4 Cups pre-packaged coleslaw mix
• 1 Cup apple, chopped
• 1/3 Cup Mayonaise, non-fat
• 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider vinegar
• Hot sauce, to taste

Preparation:

Combine coleslaw mix, chopped apple, nonfat mayonnaise, cider vinegar, and hot sauce, chill and serve.
