Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients:
• 2 cups milk
• 2 T pumpkin, canned or 1 t Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup - Sugar-Free
• 2 T Truvia@ or Splenda@
• 2 T Vanilla extract
• 1/2 t Pumpkin pie spice (Find this spice at Trader Joe's for a great price)
• 1/4 C Espresso or 1/2 cup of Espresso Roast brewed coffee
Preparation:
In a medium saucepan combine milk, pumpkin and sweetener , cook on medium heat, stirring, until steaming.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and spice.
Place mixture in a blender until foamy.
Pour into two mugs.
Pour Espresso on top.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice.

Getting the right fit in a shirt
The sleeve should cover your wrist and reach the beginning of your thumbs, while your cuffs should be tight enough to prevent them from slipping down your wrist.
If you choose to leave your button-down shirt untucked, it should hang just above your pants zipper (at back pocket level).
When wearing a jacket and extending your arms, the sleeves should land between a half-inch and one inch past the jacket. Anything longer is cause for tailoring or buying a smaller shirt.
And, by-all-means, if when you try on your shirt it bunches up between and across the button holes, it is too small! Choose another size. If you're in between sizes always round up.

AnnaLynne McCord also completed in the 150 yard 2nd Annual High Heel A Thon in Central Park.
McCord joined television personality Kelly Ripa and actress Kristin Chenoweth on the starting line for the sprint in high heel stilettos which raised money for The Foundation for the National Institute of Health's The Heart Truth Campaign.
The race was sponsored by Kelly Ripa show, Live with Regis and Kelly.
None of the celebrity contestants finished in the top three positions in the race.
The race was won by Baltimore based rugby player Ida Bernstein who literately fell over the finish line, see video tape below.
For her first place finish, Bernstein received a $10,000 cash prize along with a 2011 Jetta.
For the record, Ida Bernstein finished second in last year inaugural run of the High Heel A Thon.

How to shine your shoes 101
Keeping your shoes shined will not only add to your overall look, but will also add to the maintenance and care of your shoes. This will help them to last longer. While getting them shined professionally might feel good, its not always practical. So, here are some basic steps you can take to shine your own shoes:
1) Find some newspaper to cover the floor. Cover the area where you will be shining your shoes. You don’t want stains on carpet or even hardwood and so this first step is of utmost importance.
2) Take out shoe any shoe trees if present.
3) If your shoes have laces, take them out too – this will allow for the tongue of the shoe to be polished as well.
4) Now clean off your shoe with a damp cloth to get all dust and other particles that don’t belong off. After this cleansing process, allow for your shoes to dry before proceeding.
5) Now you can use a toothbrush or perhaps the “on-brush” to get the polish onto areas that are hard to reach. Once you’ve reached the hard to reach areas, you can apply the polish elsewhere.
5a) Quick note on types of polish – a wax-type will help waterproof your shoes whereas a cream-type will make your shoes shinier.
6) After applying the polish, let your shoes dry a bit. Once they are dry enough, you can then use the off-brush to start polishing your shoes.
7) After polishing with the brush, you can use your chammy to do some extra polishing.
Let your shoes dry and they should have a beautiful shine.

Yes, we love a hot, sexy wet fashion look and Miley Cyrus and Ashley Greene certainly provided that last week as they filmed a scene from their upcoming movie LOL – Laughing Out Loud.
Ashley Greene, of Twilight movie fame, removed her shoes and ran barefoot through the Trocadero Fountain in Paris, France.
While in the distance, Miley Cyrus removed her boots to chase Greene through the fountain.
Cyrus wore a black top and a pair of very ripped and torn denim jeans.
Cyrus seemed a bit hesitant after she removed her boots as she jumped feet first in black stocking into the water.

Ashley Greene also displayed quite a bit of sexy cleavage when she was lifted out of the fountain water by co-star Douglas Booth.
Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus was flinging water from her drenched, ripped and wet denim jeans as she ran through the fountain.

Both stars seem to have enjoyed the magic of Paris, the city of love.
In fact, the pair was pictured dancing the night away at the VIP Room in Paris.
Indeed, they even seem to be dressing alike, with Ashley Green wearing black vinyl trousers and black top and Miley Cyrus opting for black trousers and sexy, lace black top.

How to Avoid Pit Stains
We’ve all had it happen to us before – sweating more than we’d like to at the office… and you know what that means – pit stains! Needless to say, you want to avoid them at all costs.Pit stains generally make you look as if you’re nervous. Secondly, having pit stains will probably make you self-conscious which will in turn make you more nervous. When you do have pit stains, you’ll probably self-restrict your movements since you’ll probably try to avoid having anyone see that you’ve been sweating so much. The question is, what can you do to avoid pit stains? In this post, that’s exactly what we’ll discuss.First and foremost, you should avoid a shirt that is too tight. The tighter your shirt, the more likely you are to sweat. Studies have also shown that uncomfortable clothing leads to lower mental performance – so the tight shirt is a doubly bad.
Secondly, if you tend to sweat a lot, you should probably stick to cotton. Cotton tends to absorb sweat and so this will generally help. Wearing an cotton undershirt will cut moisture. Polyester is a moisture wicking fabric – avoid it if you have trouble with pit stains. It’s not just the fabric type that you can focus on – you can also obviously wear darker fabrics so that when you do sweat, it’s not as obvious.
It goes without saying that you should wear antiperspirant and not just plain deodorant. The antiperspirant will help prevent sweating and you can even get one that deodorizes at the same time. Finally, trimming your arm-pits will help. We’re not saying shave them… but trimming them so they are shorter will definitely help your skin breath better.

Steaming Your Suit vs Dry Cleaning it
How often should you steam your suit and how often should you dry clean it? Before answering this question, we should point out that there are a number of things that you should do to take care of your suit even before the dry cleaning and steaming part.
1) Keep the dust and particles off. Brush your suit as often as you can in order to keep particles that don’t belong off of your precious clothing.
2) Hang your suit and pants as soon as your done wearing them. Leave these items enough room in your closet so they aren’t squished. If you really care about your pants (we recommend this), you shouldn’t fold it over a hanger but rather hang it upside down from the cuffs with soft clamps.
3) Don’t forget the moth balls somewhere in a box in your closet.
4) If you’re storing your suit for a long time, make sure to store it within a garment bag.
Believe it or not, you should really only dry clean your suit at the dry cleaners once a year. No matter how great your dry cleaner may be, frequent dry cleaning will cause damage to your suit. If there is a stain on your suit, try spot cleaning it with cold water. If this doesn’t work, take it to the dry cleaner for spot cleaning. As for the steamer, invest in a good one so you can use it all the time without worry. Try steaming your suit and letting it hang dry before you wear it.
You already know this, but NEVER iron your suit. BAD idea. Avoid it.
Trend Alert: Sun-Faded
The whole washed-out, sun-faded thing started popping up this summer at Vegas Trade Shows, but by next year it'll be everywhere. Or at least that's the impression I've been getting after looking at a lot of the Spring 2011 shows. Above, you'll see the faded-out twin set (for lack of a better term) from US newcomer Tween (right) and the reverse printed tees from Zanerobe (left). Seems like a big trend for 2011 will be looking like you've been wearing the clothes for at least ten summers, and we're into it.

As the last season of Gossip Girl ended, there was speculation that Momsen would not return to the Gossip Girl set for the new season.
