Get Tiger Woods a Cheeseburger- CA Style recipe


One of Professional golfer, Tiger Wood's favorite foods is the Cheeseburger. This is where Tiger gets all his energy from. Lean beef is an excellent source of iron, protein, Zinc, Phosphorous, Iron and B Vitamins. Protein helps build a strong and muscular body, it's no wonder Tiger Wood's is such a strong athlete. This is a quick and easy recipe that will take about 30 minutes total to make, add your favorite toppings like California avocados.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Lean ground beef
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 t pepper
• 4 slices American Cheese
• 4 lettuce leaves
• 4 tomato slices
• 8 onion rings
• 4 sesame seed hamburger buns

Preparation:

Heat grill on medium until coals are ash white.

Mix ground beef, salt and pepper in medium bowl; mix lightly. Form into 4 patties.

Place patties onto grill. Grill, turning once, until until meat is no longer pink in center, about 12 minutes. Top each burger with cheese. Place 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice tomato and 2 sliced onion rings onto each bottom half of bun. Place cooked patties into prepared buns.
